Three blue passports were handed over to Morocco during the “Enhancing irrigation water for better adaptation to climate change: achievements and prospects of the Green Morocco Plan” Conference. The event was co-organized by the Moroccan Ministry of Water and Agriculture and FAO, July 14, 2016 and held at the headquarters of the Chamber of Agriculture of the Souss-Massa region in Agadir. The blue passports were given to three political personalities: Charafat Afailal, Minister of Water; Aziz Akhannouch, Minister of Agriculture; Hafidi Brahim, president of the Souss-Massa region.
