This Sunday and Monday at COP23, the ISW will be presenting its initiatives for water and climate to Quebec’s minister of sustainable development, environment and the fight against climate change (MDDELCC).
Minister Isabelle Melançon will be present along with the minister responsible for international relations and La Francophonie, and Quebec’s climate change emissary, filmmaker-biologist Jean Lemire.
