A Blue Passport for Ségolène Royal

During the COP22 in Marrakech the International Secretariat for Water and its partner the International Network of Basin Organizations handed to Ségolène Royal a Blue Passport, highlighting her important role for COP 21 and her recognition of the importance of water in the fight against climate change.
