Noémie Plumier – eng

Noémie attended university in France. She graduated in 2020 with a Master’s degree in International Public Law and Political Science, specialising in International Relations. She then specialised in international environmental law and obtained her second Master’s degree in 2022.

For a decade, Noémie alternated volunteer and professional experience as a lawyer and coordinator in WASH, Human Rights and Development Cooperation projects between Africa and the Caribbean. For over 3 years, she was an active member of the World Youth Parliament for Water as a facilitator of strategic partnerships.

At ISW, she leads the 1MYAC project, and provide thematic support to the team.
