At the end of November will take place the second edition of the Budapest Water Summit. ISW-SWE will be at there through youth activities on the Youth Forum and on the Civil Society Forum. Other related events will be announced later.
About the Summit
“Following the success of the Budapest Water Summit 2013, Hungary is hosting again a high-profile conference and expo, the Budapest Water Summit 2016. The aim of the summit is to promote the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goal and all related targets on water and sanitation, as well as to achieve progress on the implementation of the water-related aspects in the Paris Climate Agreement. The Budapest Water Summit 2016, with the motto „Water connects”, is under the patronage of H.E. Mr János Áder, President of Hungary and Member of the High Level Panel on Water convened by the UN Secretary-General and the President of the World Bank Group” – Budapest Water Summit 2016.
