Collective commitment of the 15 EYPW

From 17 to 24 November, 70 young people from all over Europe and representing nearly twenty countries met in Nizhny Novgorod (Russia) for the 15th session of the European Youth Parliament for Water. Focusing on the theme “River basin, the backbone of regional development”, this 15th edition was able to highlight ideas for reflection and proposals for concrete actions for a better cooperation between basin actors, while emphasizing the involvement of youth in these issues.

During the week, and capitalizing on the results of the various activities, the participants worked on the drafting of a collective commitment, formalizing the vision of the young people of the 15th EWYP for a better management of water resources and a youth capable of becoming an agent of change.

The  Collective commitment is intended to be translated into all the languages of the countries represented in the EYEP, in order to be disseminated as widely as possible.
