Last Friday, on the 3rd March, Solidarity Water Europe was in Cimislia, Moldova, on the occasion of the opening of the new local democracy agency. Antonella Cagnolati, president of the ISW-SWE, could sign the Memorandum of Understanding on behalfing of SWE, leader partner for this new agency.
